Save and close a project

Saving projects

To save a project, you can either:

• Click on the third shortcut icon from the Menu Bar.
• Use the File > Save project or File > Save project as... menus.
• Use the "Shift+S", "Ctrl+S" and "Cmd+S" keyboard shortcuts.

A file explorer window will then open and you will be able to choose where you want to save your project.

tip

TVPaint project files use a unique .tvpp file extension.

Advanced save options can be set in the Preferences panel.

Closing projects

A project can be closed either by:

• Using the Project Tabs' arrow button.
• Using the File > Close Project menu.
• Using the "Shift+W" keyboard shortcut.
