Color Variation

The Color Variation mode gives you access to colors derived from the A Color:

Color variation mode

You will be able to select:

  • Luminosity-based variations of the A Color (first two rows).
  • Saturation-based variations of the A Color (third and fourth rows).
  • Colors in-between the A and B Colors (fifth row).
  • Chromatic variations of the A Color's complementary color as well as the A Color itself (last two rows). Adjust the Step value to change the variation's intensity.

The color variations will automatically refresh if you change the A Color and if the Lock button is turned off. You can click on the Lock button to keep the color variations unchanged even if you change the A Color.

warning

Clicking on a color of the Color Variation panel will replace the current A Color with the one you will have just clicked on.
