Slider and Picker

The Slider Mode (RGB and HSL color systems)

The Slider mode allows you to find a color by using three different systems:

Slider mode

  • RGB: set the Red, Green, Blue levels.
  • HSL: set the Hue, Saturation (color purity) and Luminosity levels.
  • Hexadecimal: enter the desired color hexadecimal value.

Right-clicking on the left or right area of a cursor will lower or increment the current value by 1.

The Picker Mode

The Picker mode allows you to pick a color by adjusting your cursor position on the gamut area as well as the vertical slider:

By default the Hue (H) system is used. You can right-click on the gamut area to change it to HSV, Luminosity, Saturation or Red, Green and Blue values:

Both the Slider and Picker modes will take the A Color into account by default. You can however focus on the B Color by clicking on its rectangle area: the Slider and Picker displays will then adapt to the B Color. Click on the A Color's rectangle area to revert the focus back to the A Color.
